Summer Yoga Challenge!


Join our 10-week yoga challenge and commit to yoga 2, 3, or 4 times a week - your choice! This challenge will allow us to prioritize our practice in a flexible way during the summer months, plus enjoy yoga together with a community of amazing yogis.

If you take the total number of yoga classes (20, 30, or 40) for your chosen challenge over the course of the 10-week time period, you will have completed the YOGA CHALLENGE!

Traveling this summer? No worries! If you can’t get to the studio on certain weeks, you can make it up or flex it! You can take more classes the week before or the week after your absence. 

2X Per Week Challenge - $239

20 classes to keep your practice consistent throughout the summer

3X Per Week Challenge - $349

30 classes to level up!

4X Per Week Challenge - $459

40 classes to unlock the ultimate you!

Yoga Challenge dates:

  • June 10: Last day to sign up

  • June 10-August 18: 10-week yoga challenge!

  • August 18: Last day to use up your challenge classes, with no exceptions.

Bonus: If you complete ALL of your practices, you will receive a pretty awesome Flow Yoga t-shirt!
